Every few years we have to conduct a full review of the Electoral Roll – that means we throw the whole thing out and start again. If you are already on the Electoral Roll and wish to continue to be, you will need to fill out the form below and return it to either of our churches.

You are also welcome to join the Electoral Roll if you have not been on it before and meet the criteria. The criteria can be found on the form.
